By using this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions concerning use of this site, as they may be modified from time to time as described below. Please read them carefully.
Payments and Invoices
The site allows you to register and submit payment for programs that are part of the Kenyon Institute, a summer program for adult learners operated by Kenyon College (“Kenyon”).
Kenyon requires a deposit in the amount specified on the program’s registration page to reserve space in a Kenyon Institute program. This payment may be made online as part of the online application or it may accompany a printed application that is mailed to the program administrator.
Credit Card Transactions
Kenyon does not store your credit card information. This site utilizes industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers to encrypt your credit card information as it travels over the Internet. Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.
If the applicant is not accepted to the program, or if the program is over-enrolled, the deposit will be refunded immediately. Applicants who are accepted into the program will receive an invoice for the balance of the tuition within two weeks of being accepted. The balance can be paid online or by mail.
If you cancel your enrollment before May 16, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel after May 16, Kenyon keeps the deposit but returns the remaining balance paid. There will be no refund of tuition after arrival date and no refund in the event of early departure.
