The cost of the Playwrights Conference is $2,000 per person, which includes tuition for the Playwrights Conference course and all instructional materials, a private room, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in Peirce Hall, and gatherings and receptions.
Discounts are available for individuals sharing a double room (two twin beds). Please consult the registration form for details. If you are a local resident who does not need housing and meals, or if you choose to make your own housing arrangements at the Kenyon Inn, Gambier House, or other location, you may purchase a tuition-only package for $1,500.
A double room in North Campus Housing shared with a spouse, roommate, or partner reduces your cost by $100.
The Conference is committed to open access to its programs for talented playwrights, and a limited number of full and partial scholarships is available. For more information about scholarships, please consult the Financial Aid section of our Registration page, or contact Institute director Sarah Kahrl at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
